These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of MyCorum.ai. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these terms.
By registering an account, purchasing credits, or initiating a deliberation, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 years of age to use MyCorum.ai. If using on behalf of a legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.
MyCorum.ai provides a multi-model AI deliberation platform that orchestrates a structured deliberation process and returns a structured output called a Corum Synthesis. The Service is available via the web application at mycorum.ai, the MyCorum.ai MCP server, and the MyCorum.ai API (available on Master and Enterprise plans). MyCorum.ai reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time. Material changes affecting paid features will be communicated at least 14 days in advance.
You must create an account to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. One account per individual user — creating multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits may result in suspension of all associated accounts.
Credit system. All paid deliberations are paid using credits. 1 credit = $1.00 USD. Quick mode deliberations are free.
Reserve & finalize. Credits are reserved on deliberation start. Upon completion, the actual charge is calculated from token usage and rounded to the nearest $0.10. Any excess is automatically refunded. Failed or cancelled deliberations are fully refunded.
Credit packs. Minimum purchase is $20.00 USD. Credit pack credits do not expire.
Subscriptions. Renew automatically. Cancel any time before renewal; access continues until end of paid period. No pro-rated refund for partial periods.
Taxes. Prices exclude applicable taxes. EU users will have VAT applied at their country's rate.
No refunds. Purchased credits and subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or material service failure.
Under EU consumer protection law (Directive 2011/83/EU), you have 14 days from purchase to withdraw without reason. By purchasing credits and using the Service, you expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge you lose your right of withdrawal once credits are consumed. For unused credits, you may request a refund within 14 days by contacting [email protected].
You agree not to use the Service to: submit unlawful, fraudulent, or infringing content; reverse-engineer the deliberation engine or credit system; generate content designed to deceive third parties; submit third-party PII without consent; use automated bulk submissions; resell access without written agreement; violate underlying AI model provider policies; or interfere with platform infrastructure or other users' data. MyCorum.ai reserves the right to suspend accounts in violation without notice.
MyCorum.ai routes deliberations to AI providers based on domain benchmarks, complexity, and regional eligibility. Certain providers may be unavailable depending on your declared region. You will always be informed which providers were used. Enterprise accounts may configure custom provider eligibility. Contact [email protected].
In compliance with the EU AI Act (Regulation 2024/1689): all analyses are generated by artificial intelligence; multiple AI models are used in each deliberation; AI outputs may contain errors or biases inherent to underlying models; the human user is always the final decision-maker — "Five AI minds deliberate. You decide."
You retain all intellectual property rights in submitted content. By submitting, you grant MyCorum.ai a limited, non-exclusive license to process your content solely to provide the Service. This license does not permit MyCorum.ai to use your content to train AI models or share it with third parties for commercial purposes.
Corum Synthesis is an AI output designed to assist decision-making. It is not a substitute for professional legal, financial, medical, or other expert advice. You are solely responsible for decisions made based on deliberation results. MyCorum.ai accepts no liability for outcomes resulting from reliance on deliberation outputs.
The MyCorum.ai platform — including its deliberation engine, routing logic, interface, branding, and all associated software — is the exclusive property of ECOEMIT SOLUTIONS SARL. Nothing grants you any rights in the platform beyond the right to use the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyCorum.ai shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the greater of (a) amounts paid to MyCorum.ai in the preceding 12 months, or (b) €100. This limitation does not apply to liability arising from gross negligence (faute lourde) or intentional misconduct (dol), which cannot be excluded under French law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MyCorum.ai and ECOEMIT SOLUTIONS SARL from claims arising from your use of the Service in violation of these terms, content you submit that infringes third-party rights, or your violation of applicable law.
By you: Close your account at any time. Active subscriptions cancel at end of billing period. Unused credits are forfeited unless applicable law requires otherwise.
By MyCorum.ai: We may suspend or terminate accounts in material breach without prior notice in cases of fraud or platform abuse.
Effect: Upon termination, access ceases. Data is deleted per our Privacy Policy retention schedule.
MyCorum.ai shall not be liable for failure or delay due to events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, AI provider outages, internet disruptions, cyberattacks, or regulatory changes affecting AI model availability.
These terms are governed by French law. For EU consumers, nothing affects your rights under mandatory consumer protection laws. Before legal proceedings, both parties agree to good-faith resolution by contacting [email protected] with 30 days for resolution. EU consumers may use the European Commission's ODR platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
